According to Tennessee Senate Bill
509, any County or City Legislative Official
or Religious Leader may perform a marriage ceremony.

     
     
INFORMATION ON OBTAINING A MARRIAGE LICENSE:    
*A marriage license is good 30 days from the date of issuance and MUST 
be returned within 3 days after the ceremony is conducted.

*Please bring a form of identification and your SSN. We will ask you your
parents full names, including mother's maiden name and where
they were born. 

*If you have been previously married, we have will need the date that your
marriage ended.

 With Notarized Form
Counselor:
$37.50 cash or check
$38.60 card
