Purchasing Department

Welcome to the Madison County Purchasing Department. The Madison County Purchasing Department falls under the umbrella of the Madison County Finance Department. All County purchasing is handled centrally under the County Financial Management System of 1981. The primary responsibility of the Purchasing Department is to contract for and purchase all supplies, materials, equipment and contractual services required by the departments which are supported or under the control of Madison County Government which expends or encumbers any of the County funds.

Madison County maintains an online list of any active bids. To view these, click on the “Bid Information” link on the left side of this screen. After clicking on “Bid Information,” you will be able to not only view any current bids we have available, but also sign up to be alerted by text when new bids are added.
