The Emergency Response Section's Vision is to be the most proactive and responsive public health emergency response entity possible, dedicated to aggressively ensuring the community's ability to survive and endure a public health emergency or disaster with minimal disruption to the quality of life by developing strong partnerships and bonds with other public entities, private businesses and citizens.
Our Mission is to protect the public health by efficiently and effectively implementing a program of mitigation, preparedness, response and recovery for all hazards.
